Kale Basil Pesto Pasta w/ Tomatoes

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 box (454 g) of farfalle pasta aka "bow-tie pasta"
Kale Basil Pesto (recipe here)
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
- In a pot, boil water and add salt.
- Add pasta, cook for 11- 12 minutes till pasta is al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- In another pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in medium-high heat. Add tomatoes.
- Saute tomatoes for about 5 minutes until it is soft and tender.
- add pasta and stir
- add as much pesto as desired and stir. ( I probably used about a cup of my Kale Basil Pesto)
*Garnish with Parmesan cheese*
